We recommend booking a consultation with Olivia. She will assess your goals and medical
history to create a personalised treatment plan. She will only carry out treatments she fully
believes are right for you.

Most treatments take 15–60 minutes depending on the procedure. Olivia will give you a clear
timeframe during your consultation. We pride ourselves on taking our time with patients and not
rushing. There will never be a ‘conveyer belt system’ at SOTA Aesthetics.

Yes, depending on the treatments, we can create a combination plan during your consultation.

Yes, our treatments are suitable for everyone.

Treatments are for adults age 18+. Please bring ID if you look younger than 25.

Most treatments are minimally uncomfortable, and we use a highly rated lidocaine numbing
cream. Olivia can take extra time if needed to allow the cream to take full effect, ensuring your
treatment is as comfortable as possible.

Many treatments have little to no downtime. You may experience minor redness, swelling, or
bruising, but most clients return to their daily activities immediately.

Yes. We have an equipped emergency kit in case of any reactions or emergencies (which is
very rare) and Olivia is a Paramedic, so you would be in safe hands.

Side effects are usually mild and temporary, such as redness, swelling, or tenderness at the
treatment site. Serious complications are very rare.

Yes. All treatments are performed by Olivia who is a Paramedic and fully trained advanced
aesthetic practitioner. We use approved products and have an emergency kit in case of any rare
emergencies. Safety is our top priority.

Results vary by treatment. Some, like anti-wrinkle injections, may take up to 2 weeks, while
others, like dermal fillers, will be seen immediately but the final results will be after swelling
reduces and the lips heal, which can take a few days.

Duration varies. For example, anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–6 months, while dermal
fillers may last 6–18 months. Olivia will provide specific guidance.
